Vashti Anderson’s screenplay, Cold Calypso, was selected for the Filmmaker Residency Program at the Bahamas International Film Festival where it won First Prize in the Screenplay Competition. It was also the winner of the Chris Columbus/Richard Vague Award. In the previous year, her screenplay Mandatory Fun was a finalist for the same award.
